1. You guarantee that you are the author of the original articles that you submit to the site. Hiring a ghostwriter to write your articles is acceptable as long as you agree that you have the sole right to use the articles which you have submitted to the site.
2. When submitting articles to our site, this does not automatically guarantee that your content will get published immediately. We hold the right and discretion in accepting , deleting, or rejecting your articles. Even if the articles have already been published, we reserve the right to remove them from our directory any time we deem necessary.
3. You agree to give us the right in choosing a more appropriate category for your submitted content. While you may choose which category to place your articles in, we have the right to change the categories, particularly if they have been classified incorrectly.
4. Submitting your content to BCAB.Org automatically grants us the following rights:
• Circulate and publish your content at BCAB.Org as well as on any of its article directory associates.
• Publish your content using the RSS format so that other sites may find it easier to syndicate the articles and the site.
• Publish your submitted content any time, whether on a real time, daily, or on a weekly-newsletter basis.
5. You understand and agree that BCAB.Org does not provide any compensation to anyone who submits articles to the site instead we charge a small yearly membership fees, Please see detail in our Contributor Guideline Page. However you will reserve all credit for your work and the resource box will contain your name as the author as well as the URL of your website.
6. As an author or publisher you agree that you may not include any affiliate links in your submitted article or content. While it is acceptable to promote an affiliate program through your articles, it is important not to include links in the body of the article. You can get your own domain for the affiliate products and use the resource box to link to your domain.
7. You agree to give BCAB.Org the right to translate your articles into other languages to be published on our partner sites. While the article has been translated into other languages, your article will stay complete and your resource box will still contain a link to your URL.
8. BCAB.Org reserves the right to make alterations on these terms of service anytime necessary. Please kindly visit our Term & Condition page regularly if you want to catch up with any updated information.
9. You agree to give us the right to post advertising or ad banners on the web pages where your articles are located.
